I came across the above image yesterday and thought how I could easily see the answer I got being published, and someone reading and believing it.
There are so many health/weight loss/exercise tips being posted daily. Don’t believe everything you read or watch. Always do your own research to check if it’s been backed up by science. If you are unsure or speak to a registered Nutritionist or Health practitioner
